Estela Rizzuto, CEO, StellarVision

With more than fifteen years of experience in media and entertainment, Estela Rizzuto has crafted a solid career within the media, entertainment and digital industries. 

Rizzuto began her career at an agency that represented directors worldwide for music video and commercial production, which inspired her to form her own corporation representing talent in music and film.  As CEO, she managed artists including a group nominated for a Billboard Latin Music Award (Best New Artist), handled all artist affairs including booking tours and negotiating deals with record labels and marketing companies such as an endorsement deal with Levi Strauss Co. and a publishing deal with Sony Music.

Utilizing her vast network of relationships, Rizzuto made her foray into the publishing world by co-producing Latino Impact, a publication targeting professionals in the Latin entertainment industry. As co-founder and Editor-In-Chief, she grew the project from an online newsletter into a quarterly magazine. 
Her company served as a consultant for various clients and events that targeted the Latin music market, including hosting a Latin music panel during the annual Midem global music conference in Cannes, France in 2002, and was recognized by the City of New York with a Proclamation in July 2001 during the first “Salute to Latino Professional Organizations” event at City Hall.

She also served as a marketing and public relations consultant to major clients within the U.S. Hispanic market including Clear Channel’s “Dora The Explorer Live!” U.S. tour, publicity campaigns for HBO Latino and A&E Network’s Hispanic Heritage month.  During that time, Rizzuto continued supporting industry associations by becoming a member of the National & Latin Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences (NARAS/LARAS), the Latino Business Association (LBA), National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC), and media advocacy group, New Generation Latino Consortium (NGLC).  Rizzuto has previously held positions in the advertising/traffic departments for MTV and Nickelodeon Latin America as well as managed content and digital initiatives for companies including Cellfish Media, Usablenet, Impremedia and Music Choice.

Currently, she has re-ignited her entrepreneurial spirit and has launched her own business again, StellarVision, LLC.  She created a virtual project management business where she works with clients independently on organizing initiatives in various industries including, film, TV and, non-profit and digital branding projects. Through her e-commerce brand, “e*star goods” (, she’s launched products including eco-friendly goods and her own “Sisterhood” brand of novelty items promoting global women’s empowerment. Rizzuto has volunteered her time to facilitate workshops for, an initiative that helps people rediscover what matters to them and how they can take action to pursue their passion.  She is also on the Advisory Board for two non-profit organizations: World Arts Education, which provides opportunities in the arts and filmmaking communities, as well as Latina Surge, a Lean In organization that advocates for diversity and inclusion and the empowerment of Latinas.

Rizzuto is an alumna of the State University of New York (SUNY) at Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), where she graduated with Associate in Applied Science in Advertising & Communications, and the City University of New York (CUNY) at Hunter College, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Media
